1. Unlock bootloader

2. Cài recovery TWRP

B1: Root mipad 2 theo các c? ?ã làm
B2: Cài Root Explorer vào và ??i tên file recovery-from-boot.p trong th? m?c system thành recovery-from-boot.p.bak
B3: ??a máy vào tr?ng thái fastboot r?i m? cmd lên gõ
fastboot flash recovery TWRPMIPAD2.img
V?y là b?n ?ã thành công trong vi?c cài TWRP cho Mipad 2.
Bug: ch?a nh?n b? nh? khi ? recovery. Cho nên các b?n c?n luôn luôn gi? rom trong b? nh? vì máy k có th? nh? ?âu. Wipe xong rom k có cái gì flash là ch? có flash fastboot l?i t? ??u thôi.

How to Unlock Bootloader of Moto E with Screenshots
CAUTION: UNLOCKING YOUR BOOTLOADER WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
CAUTION: UNLOCKING THE BOOTLOADER WILL WIPE / FACTORY RESET YOUR DEVICE. IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING FROM YOUR DEVICE
STEP:
- Take full backup of your device.
- Install the latest Motorola USB drivers with the help of this tutorial HERE.
- Choose either
- [ Recommended ] Download Minimal ADB and FASTBOOT and set up from my tutorial HERE.
- Download Android SDK and set up from my tutorial HERE.
- Put your device in fastboot mode [ Power off, then press the power and volume down buttons simultaneously ].
- Open command prompt either by
- Open desktop icon of Minimal ADB and FASTBOOT if you have that.
- If you have Android SDK then go to "C:androidsdkplatform-tools" open command prompt by holding shift and right click and press command window here.
- Connect your device to pc in USB DEBUGGING mode. If you dont know how to do that than follow this tutorial HERE.
- Now type this in command prompt fastboot oem get_unlock_data
- A string will appear on command prompt . Copy the whole string.
- Paste the string in notepad and remove empty spaces such that the whole string is in single line.
- Next, go HERE and sign in using your google account or Motorola ID; Scroll down and copy paste the string from step 9. Now click on "Can my device be unlocked?". A REQUEST KEY button will appear.
- Check I Agree option. After this you will receive an email ( on email id you used while signing in ) containing your unlock key.
- Copy the string form the email received from Motorola. Make sure the device is still connected.
- Now to check the connection type in command prompt fastboot devices.
- Now type fastboot oem unlock KEY and hit enter. [ IMP: Replace KEY with the sting from email ]
- Wait till Bootloader unlocked warning appears in your MOTO E.
In case in future if you want to Relock your Bootloader, than you can do it by doing this:
Go to Fastboot and give the command fastboot oem lock

I have a Windows 7 laptop and I have used it for 2 years. I know we can upgrade it to Windows 8 but I still have no time to do it. I think Windows 7 is good enough to use. There is also a login password I create to protect my privacy. I think it is a fantastic function.
However, today my younger brother uses my Windows 7 laptop to play games! I have no idea about how he reset my login user name, but then the computer is restarting, and then it still needs the open password, but the original password is not able to use, it hints that the original user is already disable to use. Now I am locked out of my computer. Everybody, I dont know how to unlock Windows 7 password but could you please help me in?
Solution 1: Reinstall your Windows 7 Operating System
The most primitive method is to reinstall your Windows 7 operating system. In the past, most of the Windows users had to reinstall their OS when they lost or forgot Windows login password. On one hand, Microsoft has no way to help them find out the password. On the other hand, it is generally believed that to reinstall Windows OS is the easiest method. Now if you forgot Windows 7 password and have no idea about how to get the password back, also, there is no important file in your C disc, you can still use this method. Its okay.
Solution 2: Reset Windows 7 password with Reset Disk
Most of Windows 7 users hear of the Windows 7 password reset disk more or less. If they has the habit to create a Windows 7 password reset disc, it will be of great help when they lost Windows 7 password. Remember that in this method, you have to create the password reset disk when you can login the computer. Then once you forgot Windows 7 password, you can use this password reset disk to change the password. Just insert the disc and click the reset password option under the password login textbox and then follow the hints to reset Windows 7 password. At last, login Windows 7 with the new password.
Solution 3: Recover Windows 7 Password with Software
If you dont want to reinstall Windows 7 password and also have no Windows 7 password reset disk. Then the last but not least measure is to take advantage of the third party software. Such Windows 7 password remove tool is not only able to delete Windows 7 password, but also to change the password or create a new account with a new password.
Generally speaking, the Windows 7 password unlock tool has 2 or 3 editions. You can choose one based on your actual situation. You are able to utilize a CD/DVD/USB as the carrier to remove or recover the password using the program. But dont forget that you have to download this program from another accessible computer, not your locked one.
