How to Remove TermBlazer Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
How to Remove TermBlazer Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
Chances are you know exactly what TermBlazer or Term Blazer adware is and what it can do but unless youve actually had to deal with an advertising supported software infestation on your computer you might not realize what a nightmare this adware can be. Its true that adware is not as malicious as some other malware types but that doesnt mean you should grin and bear it if you do wind up with the nastier type of adware on your PC. Some online advertising is nothing more than literal adverts links or traditional ads that are aiming to get you to click on them and visit their website and spend your hard earned cash. But there are others that display endless ads by TermBlazer and pop-up or pop-under windows that dont seem to disappear, no matter how many times you try and close them.
What is TermBlazer?
In its most innocent format, it is merely online marketing, however even that can have a rather creepy side. And thats because it customizes the adverts that you see displayed on your computer monitor to match your interests. How does it do this? By installing a component on your computer, usually web browser extension, that monitors which websites you visit and the goods or services that you view. The component records this data and sends it back to the person or company who created the adware so that they can then decide which ads by TermBlazer you are shown. Clearly this rather aggressive form of marketing has been designed to increase the chances of you visiting a site and spending money, therefore generating revenue for the programmer and the website. As a knock on effect, this also increases traffic to the site which helps it rank higher in the search engines.

How does TermBlazer infect my computer?
Most adware programs come packaged with other programs, TermBlazer is no exception. These can be anything from a shared TV series download, to wallpapers, games or even reputable software upgrades. It doesnt even matter whether or not you pay for them; adware programmers (and advocates) show no mercy and will attach it to virtually anything downloadable, clickable or installable! So, when you download this software, file, program or download you will also be downloading the adware onto your computer too. And of course, youll also be downloading the tracking device that records which websites you visit.
The side effects of TermBlazer
Make no bones about it; a true adware problem can be a nightmare to deal with. Not only is it annoying to be bombarded with pop-up windows and spooky to think that someone knows which websites you are visiting but the tracking component can cause your computer to run much more slowly than usual. It might also slow your Internet connection down and youll find web pages are constantly crashing.
Protect yourself from adware. Install a good anti-malware and start being a little more discerning when it comes to downloading software! If its already too late in your computer is infected, then please follow the steps in the removal guide below to remove TermBlazer and related malware from the system. If you have any questions, please leave a comment down below. Good luck and be safe online!

The ultimate protection against viruses!
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 is the new edition of the well-known anti-virus, now with a more powerful engine, a revamped style, better usability, and greater protection against on-line dangers.
Turn your computer into a fortress
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 intercepts, blocks and removes viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, keyloggers, rootkits and other types of malware.
The real-time protection is excellent with files, emails and Internet traffic getting filtered effectively. The program also protects against phishing by identifying and blocking links to sites that have been infected with malware.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 also includes a self-defense mechanism that blocks files that are acting weird, useful for preventing attacks from potential malware that hasnt yet been recognized by the database. On top of that, this new version of Kaspersky provides additional protection against ransom-ware.
In the Tools section of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015, you can find some very useful system security options:
Vulnerability scan: identifies flaws in the system or in any third-party apps you have installed, allowing you to immediately repair any problems;
Kaspersky Rescue Disk: creates a bootable CD or USB drive with the engine;
Windows Troubleshooting: analyzes the system and repairs any problems caused by malicious software;
Privacy Cleaner: cleans the system of unnecessary files (cookies, cache, log etc.);
Browser Configuration: analyzes your Internet Explorer settings and suggests ways to optimize security (this tool is incompatible with other browsers);
Cloud Protection: provides immediate protection against new threats as well as real-time information about the security and reputations of the web sites you visit.
Finally, KAV 2015 has introduced a new feature that automatically updates the program to the latest version available.
A new design
Kaspersky has a renewed design: this new version is dedicated to efficiency with a sharper and more user-friendly interface.
The main screen shows the protection status of your computer and provides easy access to the most important areas: scans, updates, reports and a virtual keyboard. Additional options can be accessed by clicking on the Show Additional Tools button.
The basic configuration of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 is excellent for most users. More experienced users can personalize their configuration by going to the Settings menu (not visible in the interface).
A powerful and reliable anti-virus, but with no significant changes
Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) is one of the most popular antiviruses on the market. The antivirus scanning engine is among the best available and its new design makes it even more user-friendly.
As far as new features go, there arent really any big innovations in the 2015 version, but the tools and options have been generally improved, along with the antivirus performance.
KAV 2015 consumes less resources compared to the previous edition, but it still has a long way to go in that respect. Although it is a great antivirus, it works better when used on computers with good hardware.

How to Remove Strong Signal Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
How to Remove Strong Signal Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
Have you ever been left bewildered because you have switched on your computer, logged in and then discovered that you are the owner of a brand spanking new Strong Signal adware? Or maybe you have noticed lost of Strong Signal ads while surfing the internet. Worried youre starting to lose the plot after all, youre 99% certain that you didnt install anything new before logging off the last time you used your PC, so what on earth is going on? Dont worry, youre not going crazy, what has happened is that youve been infected by a Potentially Unwanted Program or adware. Different anti-virus engines give slightly different detection and classification but basically both are correct. Its a potentially unwanted program and it displays advertisements.
Ive been infected by a what?!
PUPs and adware programs are something found all too frequently on the Internet. They are a real pain as they will change your default browser settings, display ads and double underline certain words on web pages. They can even replace your default home page and search page. The reason for this being that they can then manipulate your searches so that you are redirected from the website you want to visit to one that the PUPs programmer wants to you to go to instead. Scammers also use Strong Signal and similar programs to display ads on your computer. They can be labeled "Ads by Strong Signal" or simply "by Strong Signal". Either way, that doesnt change the fact how annoying and intrusive these ads can be.

So how did this mysterious Strong Signal adware get onto your computer in the first place? Such programs usually install themselves in a few different ways, and you dont necessarily have to have downloaded any pirated software or visited any websites of a dubious nature although doing either of these will definitely increase your chances of getting infected by adware!
If you have visited a website of any type - that has been compromised by adware you will in turn become infected by it. However the most common route to Strong Signal infestation is when you download some software that it has been packaged with. Finally, you may be unlucky enough to have purchased a new computer that has an adware already installed on it. Thankfully, not this adware.
The good news is that many Strong Signal adware variants are easy to remove, even if youre a complete self-confessed technophobe. Others can be a little tougher, but the first thing you should do before calling manufacturer helpdesks or taking your PC into a repair center is to try and remove it yourself. If you are running the Windows Operating System all you need do is follow the simple instructions here:
- Go to the Windows Start icon in the bottom left of your screen
- Go to the Control Panel
- Find Programs and click the link below that says Uninstall a Program
- Identify the adware program and click on it to highlight it. It may be installed under a different name.
- The option to Uninstall will appear at the top of the box click upon that
- Next scan your computer with anti-malware software

How to Remove SC Advertisement Malware Uninstall Guide
How to Remove SC Advertisement Malware Uninstall Guide
If you have opened your web browser only to be greeted by "SC Advertisement", "brought by SC", "Ad by SC" or just "by SC" advertisements that youve never seen before then, I hate to break it to you but you arr the victim of a PUP which also installs adware component on your computer. And despite their rather cute name, there is nothing very lovable about technical PUPs. A PUP or a Potentially Unwanted Program to give it its full name is a type of malware which surreptitiously installs itself on your PC and then does its best to drive you mad by changing your settings and displaying ads labeled SC or sometimes SuperClick.
How is SC or SuperClick installed?
It may have been pre-installed on a new computer when you purchase it. It rarely happens but I thought you should know this. Others have infected websites and attack you by default when you visit that site. However the majority of PUPs install themselves automatically when you download another program or application. These have been bundled with the software you are installing or the file that you are executing, and their presence is not always the easiest things to spot. Thats exactly how SC or SuperClick is distributed. If you dont want to see intrusive and sometimes even misleading SC Advertisements on your computer then better start reading the EULA and not just clicking Next all the time.

How to avoid downloading a program that has been packaged with SC adware/PUP
Clearly saying dont download anything ever again is not a practical course to take - we are now a race of avid downloaders and installers after all! From TV shows to lifestyle apps and from anti-viruses to video clips, were all constantly adding the latest must watch entertainment or must have app to our devices. So, the thing that you really need to know is what you need to be on the lookout for when youre downloading.
Of course installing a great anti-malware program is crucial (as is running it often and making sure you have the very latest version) but you can also bolster your online defense by ensuring that your computer is fully up to date when it comes to having the latest Microsoft security patches installed too.
Another thing you really need to do is one that a lot of people tend to overlook and that is to regularly check that all the other apps, software and programs you have running on your PC are also up to date. If youre using an old version of anything, whether its Skype or a language translation app, it wont have the newest security measures in place and can leave your machine open to abuse or attack by malicious third parties.
Finally, and probably most importantly, you need to start exercising a little more caution than you may already do when it comes to downloading and installing things on your PC. SC adware is normally mentioned in End User License Agreements so make sure you read the small print carefully when youre downloading something. If you notice an add-on is being forced upon you (at this time SuperClick 1.10.0.16) or that check boxes have been pre-configured to auto install something extra, it might be worth considering how much you want to download that program. If its already installed and you dont know how to remove it and stop SC advertisements, please follow the steps in the removal guide below. Good luck and be safe online!

How to protect your computer from malware infested thumbdrive
How to protect your computer from malware infested thumbdrive
I have seen virus infected thumbdrives especially on computers that is poorly administrated (i.e. Users given administrative privilege) and especially when the users have no clue of the dangers of internet and downloads suspicious files with executable extensions.
Combine this with not-so-frequently updated anti-virus software it is a foregone conclusion malware infection will occur.
This will lead to frequent system crashes and poor Windows Experience and end of the day people usually point fingers at Microsoft etc and not themselves as the cause of malware infection.
As the system gets laden with more and more viruses system crashes and lag occur as the malware attempts to make unauthorised connection to the internet depending on what it was originally designed for.
Most virus do not attempt to disable the computer for obvious reasons.
They want to stay undetected so they can steal data from the infected host or simply use the host as part of a bot network, however things get ugly when more different viruses comes into play.
A virus will compete with other programs including other Virus for system resources if the computer do not have sufficient resource to feed them lag occurs if other viruses attempt to interfere with system files hijacked by other viruses a clash will resulting in system crash and Blue Screen Of Death.
Malware spread via a number of medium Internet as well as Removable Drives.
As the topic is fairly big I shall only focus on how to prevent Virus on thumbdrive from entering your host system.
First of all when I insert a thumbdrive a good anti-virus will attempt to scan it, if the Virus signature match it database it wil immediately isolate the file to prevent it from running as shown below.
The good news is even if you dont have anti-virus you can prevent them from running and see if the thumbdrive is infected .Lets take a look at the infected thumbdrive.
Go to Folder Options and make the following changes to enable you to see all the files present on a thumbdrive.
Select "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
Uncheck "Hide Extension For Known File Types"
Uncheck "Hide Protected System Files and Folders"
If you have a Linux/BSD/Solaris System Partition you can boot in it and attempt to take a look into your Windows Partition, all the System Files in the C: will show up (including both important Windows System Files and Malware).

Malware usually obscure themselves as system files so you will not be able to spot them if you do not set the setting shown above.
Take note REAL system files will also reveal themselves so DO NOT delete files if you are not sure they are Windows System Files or not.
Deleting Windows System Files can cause System to be UNBOOTABLE.
Soon you can see other virus showing up.( Note:SPENSER.EXE is no longer on the drive as the Anti-Virus removed it)

A strangely named file can be seen above probably another virus which attempted to copy itself to the thumbdrive but SPENSER.EXE beat it to hijacking of the autorun.inf so it doesnt do anything.
As I have said Viruses hijack system files for them to perform misdeeds on thumbdrive they usually hijack autorun.inf.
Note: autorun.inf is originally a system file to enable users to autolaunch installation programs upon insertion of removable drive.
Lets take a look at the infected thumbdrives autorun.inf (Right Click Open with Notepad).
If you remembered earlier the system anti-virus detected SPENSER.EXELook at how SPENSER.EXE hijacked the autorun.inf in order to auto launch itself upon insertion of the thumbdrive.
So how can you prevent this?
It is simple. Simply disable autorun in Xp or autoplay in Vista.
If autoplay/autorun is disabled the system will ignore the autorun.inf hence preventing the virus from runnning effectively and if you remember Virus hide themselves as System Files so you will never launch it accidentally.
However this is only for generic virus.
Some Virus are powerpoint or word macros programmed so disable Macro in Office Software will do the trick.

How to Remove Dragon Branch Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
How to Remove Dragon Branch Ads Malware Uninstall Guide
Dragon Branch has been created to display adverts "Dragon Branch Ads" to you whenever youre connected to the internet and looking at websites, is something that anyone who goes online needs to be aware of. Yes, you guessed it right! Its adware. Adware is short for advertising supported software and its reason for existing is to generate income for a software programmer. Usually because they have created a free program and the adware is covering their costs.
Dragon Branch adware is not usually considered to be as bad as the other types of malicious software, mostly because most people fall on either side of the fence when it comes down to it. A lot of people arent bothered in the slightest by adware. After all, if you dont want to pay for your downloaded files or applications then seeing Dragon Branch Ads can seem like a small price to pay.

However, there are others who strongly resent adwares presence on their computer. The Dragon Branch ads can be distracting and annoying, and may affect your browsing experience. Even worse though, adware becomes more worrying when it spies on you, rather like the type of malware known as spyware. The adware installs a component on your PC or phone during the installation process and uses this to monitors your online activity. That means it, well someone is fully aware of everything you do when youre looking at websites.
The adware component collects your browsing data, making note of the services or goods that you look at and then sends this information back to the programmer. They are then able to show you ads by Dragon Branch that closely, or even exactly, match the things you have recently been looking at. A pretty aggressive marketing tactic, we think youll agree. Not to mention a complete invasion of your privacy.
Other problems caused by Dragon Branch
But thats not all although by now you may well be thinking that was already more than enough unwanted behavior, but it can also have a disastrous effect on your PC security. Thats because the adware on your machine can interact negatively with other programs or apps that you have installed including your anti-virus or anti-malware software. The adware component causes programs to run slowly or become unstable, which in turn can create security breaches that leave your system weakened and more vulnerable to attack.
How does Dragon Branch get on to your device?
Dragon Branch is most often found bundled with other programs often free ones. However because most adware programmers dont see why you would have an issue with their marketing strategy, it is often mentioned in license agreements. That means instead of clicking through the check boxes to install your software or download your file as quickly as possible, you should make sure that you slow down and stop to read the small print.
It is important that you pay attention when downloading and installing anything however if that something is a free program such as a game or other app then you should especially take care.
If your computer is already infected and you dont know how to stop Dragon Branch ads and remove this aggressive adware from the system, please follow the steps in the removal guide below. If you have any questions, please leave a comment down below. Good luck and be safe online!
