After Removing Maximum Memory in MSCONFIG, The boot is not as fast before I first enabled it...

I have a HP Compaq 6720s...
Windows 7 Professional X 64bit
My specs are :

Intel Core 2 Duo
2X2GB DDR3
1X120GB FUJITSU Hard Drive
Intel X3100 Graphics Media Accelerator
Intel PRO Wireless 3945 ABG


Before I enabled it, it took about 40 ( 5 secs stall on HP logo ) secs to boot, now it takes about 1 min and 30 sec to boot ( stalls for about 30 secs on the HP logo )...
WTF did microsoft do to my PC??? I dont want to restore my PC again because I have a lot of data and that I have already restored Windows 7 Pro alone on this PC 8 times and I learnt somewhere that restoring it too much is bad for a old hard drive like
mine.

i have 4 gbbut 3gb is usable but i need the full 4gb memory since the 3gb are used 99% showed in taskmanger but cant turn to windows 7 64x since my hardware is not conpatible with 64x only x32 help plz

The 3gb is showing as 99% used because Windows 7 allocates memory for whatever is being used either to run or as cache memory.
Dont worry about it.
 
Unless you upgrade to a 64-bit capable system, 3gb is as good as it will get.
Even then, Windows 7 will do to the memory what it is doing now, but you will just get to see more being allocated..

Manually editing the Windows registry

Manually editing the Windows registry to remove invalid MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION keys is not recommended unless you are PC service professional. Incorrectly editing your registry can stop your PC from functioning and create irreversible damage to your operating system. In fact, one misplaced comma can prevent your PC from booting entirely!

To manually repair your Windows registry, first you need to create a backup by exporting a portion of the registry related to MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION (eg. Windows Operating System):

• Click the Start button.
• Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
• While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
• You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
• Click Yes.
• A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
• Type "regedit" and hit ENTER.
• In the Registry Editor, select the Error 0x9C-related key (eg. Windows Operating System) you want to back up.
• From the File menu, choose Export.
• In the Save In list, select the folder where you want to save the Windows Operating System backup key.
• In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
• In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.
• Click Save.
• The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
• You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
