Have qualified file manager (I recommend Root Explorer)
Once the above requirements are met, open Root Explorer
Find the folder / system
Press the r / w on the right side, so it will create a folder system to read and write
Find the file named build.prop, hold (hold), then select open as text editor.
Copy the code below and put it at the bottom of the file build.prop

He often complained to me, why can I download a (eg) track-sized (ie longer) with only 4.5MB dozen seconds of time while he was not.
